What begins as rumors, missing people, and strange sounds in the hills becomes a full collapse as the infection spreads through the town. The church becomes a fortress. The roads become hunting grounds. Friends, neighbors, and family return as something hungry and wrong.

Sheriff Jack Mercer, Eleanor Price, Caleb, Father Michael, and the last survivors fight to hold Black Hollow together as the town dies around them. But every safe place falls. Every choice costs blood. And the deeper they look, the more they realize the mine was only the beginning.
